Terrace Ventures Inc. (OTCBB: TVEN) announced today that it is proceeding with completion of due diligence for the proposed merger with Sporg Corporation ("Sporg"). The Company also announced that it has advanced another $105,000 to Sporg for the purchase of shares of Sporg at $0.65 per share as part of the interim financing required by the merger agreement.

The Company has been advised that Sporg has recently entered into an agreement to provide registration services to The Lutheran Church Missouri Synod Partners, a religious organization with 2.5 million members. The Company has also been advised that Sporg has agreed to provide a co-branded website with Groople, an online booking service for group travelers.
