Unique Pizza and Subs' Milwaukee Master Franchisee Projects Sales of $12,601,400 From New Stores

PITTSBURGH, May 18, 2006 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Unique Pizza and Subs Corporation (Pink Sheets:UPZS) a Delaware Corporation, has announced plans by its Milwaukee franchisee to have 5 (five) new locations and 31 (thirty-one) converted locations open by the end of 2007. With the new stores and the conversion of independent pizza shops into Unique Pizza and Subs, UPZS is projecting sales throughout Wisconsin of $12,601,400 by the end of 2007. To lead this effort, Grace Budzinski has joined Unique Pizza and Subs-Wisconsin as Executive Vice President and General Manager. Ms. Budzinski will be responsible for executing Unique Pizza and Subs franchising sales objectives through out the state of Wisconsin. Her main objective will be to implement Unique Pizza and Subs' proven conversion strategy of converting existing independent pizza shops into a Unique Pizza and Subs franchise.
